Schedule and follow events
How to do it
In your server’s events area, create an event with a name, description and start time; add an end, channel or location if needed. Verify the displayed local time before announcing it. Members can mark interest or remove it.

Keep in mind
An event does not grant channel access or override guardian controls. Use the channel’s notification settings to avoid excessive alerts. If a time changes, update the event and tell the community. Do not put private addresses into a broadly visible event.
