Your agreement
These terms cover your account, communities, chat, voice, video, screen sharing, Go Live and purchases. Read the related policies below. Creating an account means accepting these terms. Material changes are notified in the app before taking effect, with new consent where required. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights always apply.
Age and access
You must be at least 13 everywhere. Below 13, an account is not created. In Brazil, ages 13–16 inclusive must link a legal guardian in Family Center before chat or voice (ECA Digital, article 24). In the EU/UK, linking is required below the national digital consent age; the UK threshold is 13. Teen mode applies to ages 13–17. Adult areas require provider verification, not self-declaration. Do not misrepresent age or identity.
Brazilian age rating
Classificação indicativa autoatribuída: não recomendado para menores de 14 anos (interação on-line com outras pessoas, compras dentro do app). Contas de 13 a 16 anos no Brasil só funcionam vinculadas a um responsável.
This is a self-assigned rating, not an official Ministry registration. Minimum account age remains 13. Portuguese notice under Decree 12.880 article 12 §4.
Account and communities
Use accurate details, a unique password and two-factor authentication. Keep recovery codes private. Report account compromise promptly. Server owners manage invitations, roles, channels and local rules, but cannot override Nuvlek’s rules. No account sales, impersonation, cheats, scams, real-money gambling or illegal activity. Do not evade restrictions with another account.
Content rights
You keep your rights. You grant us non-exclusive permission limited to hosting, delivering, displaying and technically processing your content to operate and protect Nuvlek, including moderation and legal preservation. Obtain the rights and consent needed to share or stream games, music or people. Report copyright misuse to support with the specific material and your authority to act. Permission ends when content is deleted, subject to delivered copies, backups and legal duties explained in Privacy.
Purchases and enforcement
Beacon paid by card renews monthly or annually until canceled. Pix in Brazil purchases a fixed month/year without automatic renewal; we notify you before expiry. Benefits last until the paid period ends. Sparks, fixed-price decorations and gifts are optional. No paid random rewards. Teen purchases follow Family Center controls. Automated enforcement normally progresses through warning, 24-hour mute, 3-day suspension, 7-day suspension and ban; severe cases can trigger immediate restriction. Publishers may appeal once per case within 14 days, with possible human review. See Moderation for details.
Leaving and responsibility
Export data via Settings › Privacy › Download my data (file within 30 days, normally minutes, email link), or delete your account in settings. Deletion does not replace subscription cancellation or a refund request. Online communities carry risks; age checks and moderation can err. We do not promise uninterrupted service or absolute safety. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that law prohibits excluding. Brazilian users retain Brazilian consumer law and legally competent courts. Mandatory protections elsewhere, including EU, UK and Japanese rights, remain. Support can help resolve disputes without restricting access to regulators or courts.
Teen live sharing
Teens may publish camera, screen sharing or Go Live only with a linked legal guardian and live permission enabled by that guardian; it is off by default. Go Live offers Report stream.
Family controls and spending
A teen can link a legal guardian through their own adult account or provide the guardian’s email. The email link opens a web page to approve or decline without creating an account. The guardian chooses purchases and a monthly limit, DMs, camera/screen/Go Live and quiet hours. A guardian account is optional for viewing activity summaries: new friends, conversation partners, servers and voice minutes, never message contents. The teen sees “Guardian supervision active”; supervision is never hidden. Purchases and server entry follow the guardian’s approvals.
Default monthly spending limits apply to everyone: BRL 500 / USD 100 / EUR 100 / JPY 15,000. Anyone can lower their own limit; only the guardian can raise a teen’s limit. Settings shows today’s and this week’s usage; an optional daily limit displays a break reminder. Teen camera, screen and Go Live publishing requires a linked guardian and permission, off by default. Every Go Live has Report stream. Mandatory privacy and 18+ restrictions cannot be disabled.
