Find receipts and pending orders
How to do it
Open purchase history/receipts and select the order. Check item, amount, currency, date and status; use the receipt link when available. Pending, failed, canceled and refunded are different states.

Keep in mind
If money left your bank but the order stays pending, do not buy again. Keep the order ID and contact support privately. A bank authorization can be pending without a completed purchase. Receipts may include personal data, so do not post them in a server or public bug report.
