How to do it
Open a payment support ticket with order ID, date, country and reason. Brazil has a seven-day withdrawal right under CDC article 49; unused purchases in that period qualify, and use does not automatically override statutory rights. EU distance purchases normally have 14 days; valid express early-delivery consent can affect digital-content withdrawal.

Keep in mind
Unauthorized/duplicate charges and faulty supply are assessed separately. Do not share card details. Refunds approved after verification generally return through the original method with provider processing time. Read the Payments Policy for exceptions and local rights; cancellation alone is not a refund request.
